1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is initiated within 14 days of receipt.

• The product is not a custom order or non-refundable item (e.g., perishable goods, special-order chemicals, or clearance items).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

3. Emballage : Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. 

4. Shipping: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products.

• Custom-made or special-order items.

• Products that are hazardous, restricted, or perishable.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order details.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same. However, please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

• Refunds will be issued minus any applicable shipping costs, duties, or taxes paid by Chemagora.eu
