We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is initiated within 14 days of receipt.
The product is not a custom order or non-refundable item (e.g., perishable goods, special-order chemicals, or clearance items).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@chemagora.com or call us at [customer support phone number]. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Emballage : Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
For international orders, the return process is the same. However, please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
